最近我参加了一次研究生考试，发现大多数考生都拿着假带，只有我没有拿假带。他们有的将假带压在左手下面，有的将假带压在试卷下面，还有的拿在桌面上明目张胆抄袭。监考老师有的睁一只眼，闭一只眼；有的充当抄袭者的暗探，一旦巡视的来了，就给抄袭者通风报信。监考老师看见我没有假带，很奇怪。问我：“你为什么没有假带呢？”我说：“我提前没有准备”。“没有假带能考过吗？”我说：“我想实实在在考一下，能考上我就上，考不上我就不上，反正不影响我什么。”监考老师很是感叹，“现在像你这样的人没有几个了”。
上研究生目的是向世人证明自己的能力，可是通过抄袭上研究生，有什么意思呢？以前我听到研究生、博士生之名就佩服得五体投地。现在我明白了，所谓的研究生、博士生也不过尔尔。有的人甚至连一篇象样的文章写不出，还妄称什么高才生。如今，抄袭之风蔓延，不但一般考试抄袭，就是学术论文也抄袭。最近，看了易中天先生、阎延文博士的博文，才知连清华大学教授也涉嫌抄袭。这位教授名叫汪晖，发现其人抄袭的是南京大学中文系教授王彬彬。
王彬彬教授将汪晖的抄袭手法归为4类：一是“搅拌式”：将他人的话与自己的话搅拌在一起，“你中有我，我中有你”；或者将他人论述的次序做些调整，便作为自己的话登场；二是“组装式”：将别人书中不同场合说的话，组合在一起。一段话中，这几句剽自这一页，另几句袭自离得很远的一页，然后作为自己的话示人；三是“掩耳盗铃式”：将别人的话原原本本地抄下来，或者抄录时稍做文字上的调整，没有冒号、没有引号，但做一个注释，让读者“参见”某某书；四是“老老实实式”：一字不差地将别人的话抄下来，不搅拌、不组装、不让读者“参见”。王彬彬说：“这是最老实的一种剽袭方式。其他几种方式，一旦被发现，或许还可强作辩解。这第四种方式，可是毫无辩解余地，只得老老实实承认。”这四种抄袭方式一般论文枪手都采用，没想到清华大学的教授居然也采用此卑鄙手段，真是汗颜。
汪晖教授“抄袭门”事件发生后，社会反响强烈。易中天先生发表文章呼吁，要求尽快成立“汪晖涉嫌抄袭调查委员会”，委员会应该是“独立调查，无罪推定，就事论事，公开负责”。这样做，无论对汪晖，对王彬彬，对学术界，对被侵权人，以及对报道此事的媒体，都是公平的。事实上，如果委员会认定“抄袭不能成立”，汪晖教授就可以松口气了。如果认定“抄袭成立”呢？能拯救他的，恐怕也只有他自己。著名作家阎延文博士对汪晖教授的抄袭行为深恶痛绝，她认为这是清华大学的耻辱。她沉痛地指出：“中华民族是最讲究诚信的民族，而清华大学作为百年学府，理应是捍卫科学精神和学术尊严的楷模。仅以汪晖教授供职的清华人文学科而言，朱自清、闻一多等前辈学人的风骨气韵，早已凝结成一种气场，成为民族精神的瑰宝。用清华著名学者陈寅恪的话：‘独立之精神，自由之思想’，正是清华令海内外学子高山仰止的原因。莫说最令人不齿的抄袭，就算缺乏学术创新，都是清华的耻辱。而今，‘抄袭事件’已沸沸扬扬两月有余，却不见清华拿出大众期待已久的调查处理，反而让涉嫌抄袭的汪晖教授入围‘国务院特殊津贴专家’，这不能不让我为清华感到悲哀。”
汪晖教授“抄袭门”发生已3月有余，“汪晖涉嫌抄袭调查委员会”成立了没有？好象还没有下文。不管怎样，我以为学术界、大学还有政府部门，应该重视这件事。这不但对端正学风有很大的意义，就是对保护人权也十分重要。“借此机会，建立防止学术腐败的有效机制，制定解决学术争端的游戏规则。（易中天语）”坚决杜绝大学教授的抄袭行为，同时，坚决杜绝学生的抄袭行为，让学界不再是黄沙滚滚，而是一片蓝天。

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
