硬性要论文的结果是：造就了腐败的学术刊物机构，现在要在省级以上刊物发表论文，有一条不成文的规定，必须拿钱来，没有钱，论文休想发表，所谓能力还是金钱买来了。也走就了一些腐败的人事机构，我靠英语时，手机上发来短信，说你只要交1000元前来“保过班”培训，你一定能过。我连吃饭尚且有困难，哪里还有这么多钱参加培训呢？于是没有去。结果考试吃了大亏，人家有答案，一阵答完，而我苦思冥想半天也答不上来。
我觉得评职称主要应看能力，看在某一行业有没有突出贡献。不能单纯只看论文、英语、计算机成绩，我写了4本书还是中级职称，有些人连一篇论文不会写，却是高级职称，这公平吗？

@Martin – I very much concur with what you are saying here although one has to contemplate all aspects of the argument. We can all be a bit responsible of adopting a somewhat blinkered view to these issues and for the most part, stepping back and observing the ‘bigger picture’ can almost always yield helpful results.
