朴龙河曾出演《冬季恋歌》、《人鱼公主》等知名电视剧，还跟香港艺人陈慧琳一同拍过MV《我要的只是爱》与《是我不好》。朴龙河在中、日、韩三国都有很高的知名度。最近，朴龙河成立了自己的经纪公司，更将出演韩版《甜蜜蜜》男主角，还计划在日本举行演唱会，在事业鼎盛时期自杀实在令人费解。
