八月八日，凌晨甘肃舟曲发生特大洪水泥石流。灾后的救援实在令我欣慰，这比起清朝光绪年间的丁戊奇荒，黄河不决口也要挖决口，百姓易子而食，实在好一千倍。比起民国年间关中大旱，颗粒无收无人救济，要好一百倍。我很欣慰，我们的政府可以在第一时间派军队赶赴灾区，国家领导人可以赶赴灾区救援，国家电视台可以不瞒报，国民可以降半旗举国哀悼。这是民权的胜利，这是以人为本，执政为国，为人民服务的最好体现。
首先作为一个有好生之德的人，我同情灾区人民，我感谢政府。可是我要说他们死得冤枉，作为中国国民我们不应该仅仅是虚假的哀悼而应该看看这次”天灾”的原因并引以为戒。本次所谓天灾有四大原因，以下是我引用人民网的官方资料。（第一个原因是这里的地质地貌。舟曲原本就属于地质灾害高发地区，该地区山高川深，岩体风化严重，这样的地质地貌非常容易松散破碎，形成地质灾害。第二个原因是5·12地震。强烈的地震导致该地区山体松动、岩石破碎，专家称岩体稳定至少需要3到5年时间。第三个原因是干旱。今年上半年，我国西南地区大旱，位于甘肃南部的舟曲亦发生干旱。第四个原因是瞬时暴雨和持续的强降雨。暴雨和强降雨对原本松散易垮的山体、岩体形成浸泡和巨大冲击，是此次泥石流灾害的直接诱因。）
作为一个高中生我能看得懂这四点原因。地质地貌是说它的土壤疏松度的，地震是形成陡坡的一大因素，干旱造成植被的衰弱，阻挡泥沙能力下降，降水是最重要的条件，他最终导致了这场灾难。然而我想高中生可以看得懂这些，那么我们亲爱的党和国家领导人是毕业可以明白啊。地质地貌三年以前就造成了，国家机关，当地政府为啥不重视清除工作？5.12发生了三年，为啥没人去种树？干旱，也是几个月前的事难道就没有一位所谓的专家可以想到后果？暴雨，下了很多天这时候防范的确是还差不多来得及的。可是这四点泱泱中国没有一个管事的人可以发现一下。如果这几样事做出一样来，我想不会有此结果。请问那时我们最可爱的人都去哪里了？还是他们高中都没毕业？有人会说国家的重点在于城市，而不在农村。我想说统筹兼顾是某某说的基本方法。如果不是，请只保护好北京就好了，剩下的地方管它呢！请各位想一想，一个人事先知道别人有难而不去通知，等别人遭遇了困难他才去救，还要说他自己是英雄，这种人不是很可耻吗？所以我说这次的泥石流不同于地震是天灾，而是真正的人祸！！！
对于这样的人祸，我们的国家不需要领导人折腾人的慰问，（我为啥要这样说？大家想啊你去一趟多少人保护你，多少人为你服务，陪你演戏，要知道救人的人还不够。）而需要有基本常识的专家领导。我们的民众不需要政府的喉舌媒体需要的是人民的耳目，能看得清听得懂的大脑。我们灾区不需要紧急的救援，需要最安全的预防！我们不想总看到降落的半旗，我们不想总听到恐怖的警报，我们不想总去捐无味的没有账目的款，我们不想留下虚假的眼泪！总之我们不想为某些不负责任，也付不起责任，反而拿灾难做秀的人承担悲惨的后果！！！对于这些人我不想那他们在与别人相比，我只想问问他们是否达到了教科书中所自诩的某某境界？对于这些人我要大声地喊：“老子就是不哀悼！”
真的哀悼是让别的人不会再因此而失去生命，真的哀悼是我们的检讨！！！
