尊敬的胡主席，温总理：
你们好！我们是西安远东一中的高二学生。首先我们先要道一声你们辛苦了！你们为国家操劳已久了！其次我们想请你们在百忙之中抽空听听我们作为学生的心声。
首先，从小我们就听长辈说“没有gcd就没有新中国。”随着我们的长大，我们对此深信不疑。gcd的长征精神，抗日精神，抗震救灾精神令人敬佩。中国gcd是中国青年学习的榜样！因此我们中有的人加入了gczyqnt。可令我们痛心的是，学校团支部除收团费外，从未组织过团活动。因此，使许多同学寒心不愿入团。经过我们片面的调查，还有许多学校总不重视思想教育，而只重视应试教育，有时就是填鸭教育！这样导致gczyqnt。腐化！我们想，gczyqnt是gcd的后备军，应该为国家社会主义建设尽己所能实事求是搞些实践活动，而不能一心只读圣贤书。这样高分低能的人会越来越多！我们建议国家将搞一些实事求是的社会活动，列入学习范围，不要再走形式化。
其次，去年国家曾号召过“阳光体育运动”，建议中学生每天活动1—2小时，然而一次次的考试加快了校方赶课的进程，一天仅有的四十分钟活动时间被占用了！我们不是贪图娱乐，而是为身体担忧。如果我们没好的身体怎么来更好的学习？“初唐四杰”不都因体弱多病而英年早逝了吗？毛主席曾说过“文明其精神，野蛮其体魄”。如果我们在不多运动，中国将在此荣获“东亚病夫”的称号！假使我们学的多数是真本领，我们情愿呕心沥血！可是我们完全是为了应试啊！
作为学生学习是我们的天职，我们是为了得到知识而学习，为了自由生活而学习，为了中华崛起而学习！而不是为了考试而学习！那样知识是会很快忘记的！是无法运用的！同时为了考试而学习，我省课改区已进入应付水平考试阶段。紧张的填鸭式学习咿呀的我们喘不过气来！当然知识是需要考试检验的，不应该取消考试。我们想国家能把教材编的明白些吗？能把考试放缓些吗？能把盗版的练习册封杀掉吗？能让老师不急功近利吗？我们急切的希望政府能关注我们学生！万分感谢！
教育是百年大计，不可以轻视！我们身上肩负着祖国的未来，我们需要良好的教育。我们希望国家统一管理学校，不再让好老师跳槽！我们希望校园成为社会中的清泉，不再被唯利是图，拜金主义的风气污染！我们希望建立有效的学生组织维护学生权利。我们希望不再被社会的不良文化，人情世故所玷污。我们希望有平等的学习权利，不再把我们分为各个等级。否则学生受教育的权利不平等，会造成知识财富的不平等，今后会造成社会贫富的严重分化！那是谁都不愿看到的！再次感谢国家对于青年人的关注！
我们曾听说过孙中山先生向李鸿章上书，未被采纳，所以清亡了。今日我们不是孙先生，党和国家领导人不是封建的独裁者。所以我们轻率上书。愿国家及党领导人能够关注！
祝愿伟大的祖国走向复兴之路，成为民主的，繁荣的，富强的国家！同时祝愿你们工作顺利！
